Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): shadow travelling up to 10 times a day at a max distance of 2 miles (can bring up to 2 other people), must recharge for 15 minutes between each use (which is basically running 2 miles in that time anyways xD), faints after 10th time, dies after 11th; can blend in at night to be seemingly invisible, but you can see him if you're 10 feet or closer to him; can create up to 12 shadow hands, 4 simultaneously, per day lasting 10 minutes each/ can't go away unless he loses concentration or he makes them, can solidify to hold things, punch, block, etc

Life Before CHB*: Drake had a pretty fun life in Sydney- partying every week, playing with his band, and just goofing around and having a great time whereever he went. That all changed when he turned 14 and his father finally told him who he was, at least partially. The parts he told Drake was that there were some pretty weird people, even creatures, everywhere that would be looking for someone like him. His dad gave him the switchblade and watch on his 14th birthday and told him to keep it with him at all times; that he'll know when to use it on the right time. He was at first confused about this but just shrugged it off. One time, he and his band was playing at a popular coffee house, and that's when he realized what his dad meant. After that night, his dad bought Drake a ticket to New York the next morning.

RP Example*: I took out my longsword and shield. I turned around and ran ahead of my mates to face the growling I heard backstage during my band's gig. Guess it's finally time to go... I turned around a corner and something jumped at me. I blocked the mass of meat and bones with my shield. I looked over my shield and see a black furry beast, bigger than a rotweiler. I stabbed at it while it reared up for another jump at me, aiming for it's throat. Once, I took out my sword, and it exploded as soon as it lost contact with it. I changed my weapons and walked back to my bandmates' van, hoping to have one last party with my friends before I go.

It goes through them like trying to slash at a shadow, but it takes a decent amount of concentration to keep one hand out, let alone four. It's good for like multi tasking

One day, a weird looking yoshi, a satyr he called himself, said that he'd be leading him and his brother from their underground home

I try to combine the bouncy fireballs into a massive orb or flames and imprint it into its chest as we keep running. It melts the monster's torso, but it's not enough. He wipes it away and I whine. I keep running behind my brother, away from the beast.

Life Before CHB*: Mason was a very creative kid, always building stuff out of random materials and planning various projects. He loved seeing his ideas succeed and would be moody when they failed. He did well at school for a non-athena demigod, especially science and math. He had few friends since he usually was at home or in the library making new plans. He left with a satyr at age 14.
RP Example*: I sigh, frustrated, and put my hands to my face. I put them down and look at the diagram. It's missing something... But what? I think. I tap the pencil on my chin. "Oh! I got it." I start drawing furiously and taking notes. Hours later, I finish the project and create an eagle automaton. "Awesome."

Life Before CHB*: Wade was born in California, but moved to Hawaii when he was 3. He made plenty of friends there and excelled in most water sports. He loved going to the beach and chilling with his friends instead of staying at home and studying, especially because of his demigod disabilities. A regular day for him was wake up late, school, rush to the beach, and surf/swim til it's late at night and sleep at the beach. One night, though, he got attacked by a hellhound. He defeated it and the next morning, he was off for a plane ride to New York.
RP Example*: I sigh. This is so boring... I think as I fly on the plane. Why did I have to leave so soon? I frown. The stewardess came over and offered me a bottle of water. I nodded gratefully and took it. "Thanks." I open the cap and use my powers to take out the water and drink it, instead of doing it the 'mortal' way. I look out the window and see the Pacific smile. I smile lightly. At least there's a beach there...
