I have never actually been clothes shopping before. If I wanted clothes, I either had to order it, or ask for it for my birthday or something. I moaned softly. I buried my face in my arm and went unconscious. The sickness was much worse on me than Aria, becauseevery day for the rest of my life Id have to take immunity suppressants so my immune system wouldn't attack my lungs.
The night waned on. I woke up screaming and crying hours later. I'd had a horrible nightmare. Thy girl... I saw her whipping Aria over and over... And I was too weak to stop her. I just watched... As she killed Aria... And I couldn't... Couldn't stop her. "Aria!" I screamed. "ARIA!!" I forced myself to stand. Hysterical, I walked farther into the forest. I couldn't tell if Aria was actually dead... When I camp was no longer in sight, I collapsed to the ground and curled up, sobbing, believed that Aria was dead.

Theo smirked. She was more like the stereotypical girl than she liked to let on. He supposed that was a good thing, at least she hadn't jumped at the opportunity to start in on him. She probably would have though if she didn't like him. But there was no denying that they needed to change. Their clothes probably reeked of other demigods and monsters, a very tempting smell to any creature that sought to kill their kind.

I grab his hand, and tug on his arm. "Let's go!" I say excitedly, as I basically drag him along. After a while, I come across the mall. A large building it was. "Come on!" I say walking into the big revolving doors.

(Anastasia) i had decided to go for a walk...which led me to central park. I was thinking for a long time when i saw Zane a girl and a boy hurry out of the entrance of the Underworld. "Zane?" she said in a hushed voice but loud enough for him to hear.
(Zane) he lifted his head resting his hand on a tree still exhausted "Is that...." he squinted "Ana.....Anastasia Volkov!?"
(Anastasia) "Zane Draven!" she smiled and ran to him.

Olivia hurried out and fell to the ground. She saw another girl, but it didn't matter to her. She could hear her heart beating a frantic tattoo. Thump-thump-thump-thump-thump. The sound filled her head and did nothing to quell her intense fear.

Dez jumped out of the exit in a dramatic fashion, just before the entrance sealed up, almost damning him to an eternity of gloom and misery.
He didn't notice the other girl coming towards them, he was too busy trying to figure out what the hell they were running from.

(Anastasia) "Long time no see!" she jumped to hug him.

Trembling, Olivia looked at Dez and whispered "I saw it. I saw the thing." She turned to Anastasia, and then shrank back from her. She stared at the newcomer like a cadged beast, wild-eyed and afraid. Olivia tried to speak, but the words were mangled somewhere in between her throat and her mouth, letting out only a small whimper. She took a shuddering breath, then fainted.

Aria walked back, miserable, angry, confused, horrified, and worried out of her mind. When she came to the spot where she had left Demetrius, she almost screamed. He was gone. Where to? Her eyes automatically started searching for signs. Crushed leaves, snapped twigs, broken or recently moved branches. That way. "Demetrius!" she cried, running silently along the way he had taken, deeper into the trees. "Demetrius!" she yelled again, panic creeping into her voice. Where was he?

I thought I heard Aria calling my name and wailed sobbing harder. I was stricken sick with guilt. I was cursed and now Aria was dead because of my selfishness.

Now she heard crying from somewhere up ahead and she made herself run faster. Her foot caught on a root that had been hidden under a clump of fallen leaves and she fell hard, scraping the side of her face against a rock. Ignoring the stinging and the blood that dampened her face, she got up and pushed aside a branch. "Demetrius!" she cried, both relieved and horrified to see him. Relieved because she'd found him and horror because he was so distraught. "Demetrius," she moaned, running to him. "Demetrius, it's okay. I'm here now."

I looks up in shock and wrapped my arms around her. "Y-your... Alive..." I whimpered happily, and sobbed in relief. "I-I saw her kill you... Wh-whipped you to death... And I couldn't do anything about it... She killed you..." I whimpered. "A-Aria, you're bleeding!"

Aria hugged him back protectively. "I'm fine, Demetrius. Just tripped and landed harder than I meant to was all." She reached up and traced the tear-streaks on his face. When she spoke again, her voice trembled. "Demetrius... she's back. The girl who beat you... she's back... She's back...!" Her voice broke.

"Wh-wha-...? N-no!" I cried, burying my face into her shoulder. I trembled from sickness and pure fear. I whimpered something incoherent and wrapped my arms around her waist, tangling around her, just desperate to make sure that she was still alive, the visions of the nightmare haunting my, floating across my gaze.

Aria stroked his dark hair, pressing her lips to his forehead. "I know... I didn't want to tell you, but keeping it from you seemed wrong..." She controlled her trembling. She had to be strong for him. "She's never going to hurt you again, Demetrius. That I will make sure of... but, for now at least, I'm going to let her live."

"Whatever you might want to do if that happens," Aria said, suddenly fierce. "You aren't going to kill yourself just for me. Demetrius, life is more than me." And he needed to live again, learn to live and be happy on his own.

Aria kissed his forehead again. "I'm not going to die, you idiot," she said gently, looking into his eyes. "But as long as we live in this world, we are but mere mortals." She tried for a smile. "Come on, Demetrius, don't get so worked up."
