Re: The Library
I set it down on a table, and opened it up to a page that felt right.

Capricious wrote:"No. My twin sister. We have a strange history, Victoire and I," he said. "We were seperated at birth. Mam accidentally allowed my sister's adopted mother to buy her. She didn't mean to. She at first gave Victoire to the woman because we're a large family with very little money but Mrs Capulet is a mad woman who thinks my family is stalking her and trying to take Victoire away from her. I met Vic as we grew older many times. We were best friends. We didn't find out we were siblings, let alone twins, until we came here."
He looked at her. "She's my fraternal twin. Pretty blonde thing with a tongue that could kill if she wanted. Oh, yeah. Uh... I'm Vlad. Vladimir Jones. Who are you?"
"So, you're best friend was you're unknown sister? Didn't you see any relation between you two, even though you're fraternal?" Dawn asked. She had met fraternal twins that looked a bit alike, though not identical. "Separated at Birth... I think I've heard of a book like that. Oh here it is! Identical Strangers by Elyse Schein and Paula Bernstein." Dawn read the cover. "D-do you like books? Like, reading? And, I'm Dawn. Dawn Skyrando."

Re: The Library
"Yes," he said. "Also, I'd compare our situation to being scarily akin to the play by Willy Russell known as Blood Brothers. It's honestly frightening how close it is. I'll give that book a try though. It sounds interesting. What's your favourite book, Dawn?"

"I have a feeling that this is the book we are looking for." I flipped through the pages, trying to find something. I scooted over, offering her a seat.

Re: The Library
OOC: I can't either.
"I think I've seen that play. I think my father took me to see it once. Or, he just gave me a DVD of it." Dawn shrugged. "Favorite book? I'm not really sure. I've read a bunch, and I liked all of them. I have terrible judgement when it comes to favorites, really."

Re: The Library
"My favourite would be Great Expectations by Charles Dickens," Vlad said and smiled at Dawn. He ran a hair through his black hair and flexed his arms behind his back a little. He swung them forward again gently. "It's a wonderful book. I have to say, the many film adaptations of it have been rather amusing, though."

Re: The Library
"I love Charles Dickens. His writing is so great. Once, his books kept me turning the pages until one in the morning. Apparently, my dad was fast asleep because he was exhausted from his day of work. I took advantage of whenever he did was tired to read really late. I know, terrible." Dawn didn't usually do anything that broke rules. She was a good girl. An obeyer.

Vlad smiled. "Victoire got me into reading. She had me read the entire dictionary out to her when we were eight. She said my accent made it sound funny."

Re: The Library
I scooted over a bit more so she could see the book better. "It says that a god, titan, or the river Lythe could rid your memory." I scanned the page a bit more, and it came to a sections, "Cures of Memory Loss. It says that a child of Apollo could fix memory loss by putting their hands on the side of ones head, and saying this chant." I look at the words, but I couldn't read them. "Can you make any sense of this?" I ask, pushing the book over to her.
