yes they are...aaaand to answer that question the parents are gods...anything seems to be possible with them. Pluss if I'm not mistaken, which I might be because I am a lot. Other people have had twins with two different parents before.

What do you mean by "actual reality" for Victor's power?

by that I mean he brings the fear to life, but only if its like an animal or something of that sort, the persons fear is pulled from their subconcious and into reality. Say the person is scared of snakes, like two or three snakes will be infront of the person and unlike the 'hologram' everyone can see them because they are real.

So basically, that means he can summon these sorts of things?

Powers:Blake is able to make it rain three times a day for five minutes in an area of about the size of the cortyard. He can harness the suns rays and light up the darkest of places or make them into spheares which he can throw at people that are very hot (around 100 degres), this can be done ten times a day. He is also able to grow crops and plants five times a day, when the plantes are grown he can control them to do as he wishes, the biggest thing would be a medium sized tree.
Life Before CHB:Blake lived in Las Angeles, California sense the day he was born. From the time he was two it was obvious he was an amazing singer, he was also a pretty good actor. He was in chorus from elementary to his sophomore year,which is when he got shipped off to camp, as well as drama and acting classes. Blake was very popular at school, liked by everyone got pretty decent grades. The only thing he didn't like or want to deal with was the short jokes, blake absolutely hates short jokes, could never stand them. Even if they were said in jest or to tease he would freak.
RP Example:Blake sighs as he gets out of his dad's car, smiling up at the hill. Off to a new place, sure he'll miss all of his friends 'specially Miranda, his ex-girlfriend who if it wasn't for this acting camp would still be his girl. He walks up the hill grinning, his dad told him this place was based around mythology so he shouldn't be supprised to see kids running around with swords. There all just props anyway,right? I mean the gods don't exist do they? He shrugs laughing to himself at his silly question, he walks into camp.
