Hunting for monsters, getting some practice, y'know

"Oh, cool. So, as a son of Ares, do you consider yourself a - good fighter?"

Nick quickly saw Mason was calling Austin out, and said, "we should continue eating."

"well i have chopped a chimeras head off ,how bout you"?i ask sarcasticly "oh and i choped off 2 out of 3 of its heads

"Oh, I get it, you think you're a big shot because you had Nick help you defeat a chimera, I get how it is. Is Nick your teacher now? If Nick wasn't here right now, do you think you could take me on?"

"Mason, stop picking on him, and Austin, don't listen to him."

"nick i got this"i say as i un sheath my sword and charge mason

Mason dodged, just laughing. "How fast do you run? A foot per hour?" He rolled his eyes and grabbed his Celestial Bronze sword from Claws. "Claws, don't you get involved, either." He took his sword and did a quick slash in Austin's direction.

i jumped back and charged the dragon

"THAT MIGHT NOT BE A GOOD IDEA, AUSTIN!"

Claws roared loudly and flew off in the distance.

"oh wow even the dragon is a wuss"i say as i charge mason again

Mason growled and blocked him with his sword. He raised his sword, then a scratch/shiver went down his back. There were three empousa.

"You killed our friends," one said, "now we kill you." They attacked Austin and Nick.

i turned and slashed ones head off but another rammed me in the stomach

"NOOOO, AUSTIN!" Nick tried to kill the monster before it killed Austin, but he was dragged back by the other one.

Mason quickly rushed over to the one that rammed Austin in the stomach, and stabbed the sword directly in it's back, and it turned to dust over Austin. "Sorry."

Nick eventually killed the last one.

"thanks man"i say as i stagered up

"No problem," Mason huffed. "Sorry we fought."

"ehh ive got that effect on people".i say slowly recovering from having a monster hit me in my gut with a thousand pounds of force

Mason smiled at him.

"I've lost my appetite," Nick confirmed.

"I would've too, so don't feel bad. Well, I guess I better get back to my mother." He whistled for Claws, and waved bye.

Mason nodded, and after Nick say goodbye, left. Nick watched him fly on Claws until they disappeared into the sky.

"Yeah, I guess so. We better say goodbye to my father and Jerry."

ooc again: until I get Teagan approved, we have to do another thing to stall.

bic: "After today, I'm not sure hunting is quite smart anymore; them coming to you is bad enough."

"well how bout this ,we spar"i ask

"I don't know, you are pretty good."

"how bout this we go hand to hand and you can use your powers"

"That would give you an unfair advantage."

"hey i'monly gunna use my hands no wepons on three we start.1,2,3,fight."

Nick thought. "I guess we can just spar." He rose his sword.
